Martin Craig began his career as an attorney who transitioned to the healthcare services area for HHL Financial Services. Under his leadership, this company grew to annual revenues of $120 million and became the nation’s largest healthcare accounts receivable management company. He left HHL after selling it to Welsh, Carson, Anderson and Stowe.
Mr. Craig next became the CEO of RevGro, a healthcare and consumer collection service company which was funded by Pegasus Financial and sold to NCO, a NASDAQ company. Mr. Craig was founder CEO of Argent Healthcare Financial Services, a start-up company that grew to annual revenues of $56 million and became a premier provider of healthcare financial services in accounts receivable and business management services. Mr. Craig created and led an aggressive acquisition strategy, completing 7 acquisitions in 18 months. He recruited and directed a world-class executive management team and generated 25% revenue growth per year. In 2001, Argent was integrated into RMA, Inc., a GTCR portfolio company with annual revenues of $400 million. Mr. Craig earned his B.A. cum laude from the University of Illinois and his J.D. cum laude from the John Marshall Law School.
