Billie Jo has been teaching in the inner city environment and has worked in fifth grade as well as a resource position for the ESL program. In 2005 Billie Jo was named to Who's Who among American Teachers. In addition to teaching Billie Jo is actively involved in competative road racing. She competes in the 5K and 5 mile distances. Currently Billie Jo is the Deleware State Champion in both distances for the Filly Category. Billie Jo was actively involved with the local EMS and Fire Services from 1992 until 2002.
