Prior to joining the Global Recruiters Network, Gregory S. Chiesa was Senior VP and GM of Scott Office Systems - a Global Manufacturing Company dedicated to selling automated machinery and consumable heat sealable films. Earlier in his career, Gregory managed the P&L of Scott Equipment and Rapiturn Machining Companies - located in suburban Detroit. Scott Equipment and Rapiturn Machining were key precision manufacturers and converters of precision machine parts and plastic films. Both companies served OEM customers selling to the packaging; index tab; graphic arts; printing; and office supplies market segments.During his tenure, Gregory oversaw the successful development of 30 new products related to the index tab manufacturing industry for Scott Equipment. In addition, Gregory implemented a global sales and dealer network for Scott Equipment which grew international sales by over 300 percent within 2 years. Gregory also led the post-acquisition activities of Scott Equipment Company as Director of Business Development. His key focus was the development of Scott’s new business plan and the implementation of the company’s organizational structure. In prior years, Gregory led the Supply Chain and purchasing operations of Elopak, Inc., a global packaging entity as Director of Procurement. Previously employed in the Energy industry, Gregory completed a 19 year long career at DTE Energy/Detroit Edison as Director of External Markets - General Purchasing. Gregory holds a BSBA from Lawrence Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Detroit.
