Biography
Native New Yorker Rhona E. Bryant worked in the fast-paced securities and brokerage industry straight out of business school in 1991. From there, she served as an Administrator for a private investment-banking firm on Wall Street which specialized in asset based lending. She was appointed Corporate Secretary of the firm in 1994 and managed the Business Development office.
Ms. Bryant entered real estate in 1997, graduated from the New York State Construction Management Institute and was designated Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant with the National Association of Real Estate Consultants in 2003. She closed 46+ transactions and for years handled international projects and marketed properties for Ambassadors and former members of Parliament. As proprietor of her own real estate firm; and the overseas market her main focus, she continually offers innovation and diversity to her clients. She offers vast expertise and resources to her discerning clientele looking to launch service-related businesses, buy or sell distinctive properties like embassies, corporate housing facilities, executive office buildings and hotels.
A firm upholder of top-notch service and a believer in the "discreet sale," Rhona strictly adheres to compliance, the guidelines of confidentiality as to protect her clients' privacy, as international sales are more complex, and need to be handled carefully.
Ms. Bryant currently heads the International Desk of Domain Properties located in the Flat Iron District of Manhattan.
