As the principle of Laurie Flasko Consulting, Laurie prides herself on working closely with a diversity of clients to meet their individual needs and creating improved working environments. Laurie began honing her passion for training while she worked in Human Resources as a Training Specialist for Casino Niagara, training 3,500 employees and oversaw training delivered by 35 individual trainers.
Recognizing her passion for people development, Laurie translated her organizational and training expertise into creating innovative business solutions for her clients – and established Laurie Flasko Consulting. With more than 10 years training experience, Laurie brings that rare combination of high energy with real-life savvy to unlock peak performance, higher motivation, and greater results. Laurie is all about getting results for her clients: she customized programs for White Oaks Conference Resort & Spa that contributed to them being ranked #2 out of 50 top companies to work for, in the Globe & Mail Report on Business magazine. Laurie has worked with clients such as: Scotiabank, General Motors, White Oaks Conference Resort & Spa, Doyle Security, Unilock and General Mills, to name a few, to develop their business potential.

While these continue to be the foundation of the business, there are emerging trends that Laurie continues to tap into, and expands the range of services offered.
