Of particular interest to you may be my three year tenure as CRM and Internet Manager at Land Rover. In this role I managed to grow new vehicle sales enquiries from 85,000 to over 200,000 per annum and doubled sales to over 20,000 per year.

These results were achieved through the following;

1. Improved database management practices which gave us a good idea as to who was contacting us.
2. The development of a comprehensive and innovative program of digital and off-line direct marketing initiatives which provided relevant information to our target audience and compelling reasons as to why they should test drive a Land Rover.
3. The implementation of an electronic enquiry management system which forwarded “hot” sales prospects to Land Rover dealers and then monitored progress through to vehicle sale.

4. The integration of the CRM program in to all of Land Rover’s show and above the line communication activities.
