Biography

My name is Lisa Parisian and I live here in Albuquerque, New Mexico with my daughter and partner of 5 years, Joseph S. Abeita of Santo Domingo Pueblo. My two older sons live in Montana with their father and stay with us during the summer. I am a teacher at Bnai Israel Preschool and I was awarded the T.E.A.C.H scholarship as well as the Kiwanis scholarship. Both scholarships will help me continue my education at the University of New Mexico, where I am currently a junior/senior majoring in Early Childhood Multicultural Education. I love camping, fishing and being outdoors with Joe and my daughter. He helps me alot with raising her and educating her on things that I don't know. He also has a good relationship with my two boys, they love playing basketball with him and I especially appreciate Joe's family, who support me with my children on everything we do and who accept us into the family.
