Dr. David DeHaven is an executive coach and business strategist. In addition he serves as an Adjunct Faculty member for Kaplan University/Walden University. Prior to this, he was the Chief Technology Officer for the $5.5B Mission Systems sector of Northrop Grumman. He is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in information systems, IT infrastructure and consulting services. Over his career Dr. DeHaven has held several executive positions including Intelligence Operations Director for Northrop Grumman TASC, Partner with Greenwich Technology Partners, and Vice President with First Union National Bank. His work experiences have all allowed him to serve as a mentor and coach. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from George Mason University, an MBA from Auburn University and a Doctoral degree in Organization and Management/Leadership from Capella University. Dr. DeHaven’s PhD program and dissertation research focused on leadership for the 21st century knowledge age organization, servant leadership, and the role of culture and change management in supporting IT initiatives. With a background of over 20 years of corporate, consulting and coaching experience, Dr. DeHaven provides individual and group coaching in the areas of Leadership, Business Strategy, Technology Leadership, Business Development, Personal Development, and Improved Performance.
