Shane Bull brings 15 years of business experience to Richards Commercial Properties, which specializes in restaurant and retail tenant representation, shopping center and mixed-use property leasing, land sales, and investment property sales. Shane serves as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor, handling general brokerage relationships for retail, office and investment properties. He supports Richards Commercial Properties goal of utilizing our “local” real estate knowledge for the benefit of our clients. As a previous business owner, he knows first hand about leasing and purchasing commercial real estate.Shane belongs to the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR), and the North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association. Before joining Richards Commercial Properties, Shane had a successful career in the insurance industry. He was vice president and partner at the Mang Group of North Carolina, where he oversaw the insurance agency’s risk management services and employee benefits divisions. He began his career in New York and founded the NC operations of the Mang Group in 1998.Shane holds a B.S. degree in Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta. He and his wife, Jaime, live in Raleigh, where he serves as a committee chair for the Swing Fore A Cure golf tournament to benefit the American Cancer Society.
