Mr. Carsky is the Executive Vice President of Anthem Capital Corp., the private investment arm of the Anthem Group of companies. He is also the Executive Chairman of Metrobridge Networks International Inc. Previously; he was the CEO of Cryopak Industries Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of temperature-controlling products and package solutions. Prior to joining Cryopak, he was a restructuring or M&A consultant and in some cases interim CFO of a number of Vancouver-based publicly traded companies. Prior to that, he served for seven years as the Finance Director for funeral home consolidator, The Loewen Group Inc.Until recently he was a Director and the Chair of the Audit and Governance Committee of Spectrum Signal Processing Inc. when it was sold to Vecima Networks Inc. in May of 2007. He is also a past Director of the Vancouver Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (1994-1997). He is currently a Director of the following public companies; Metrobridge Networks International Inc., Pacific Safety Products Inc., Anthem Ventures Capital Corp., and Kruger Capital Corp. Mr. Carsky serves as the Chair of the Board of Metrobridge Networks and as Chair of the Audit Committee for Pacific Safety Products.Mr. Carsky also sits on the board or advisory board of the following privately-held businesses; the NorthAm Group, the HipJoint Music Group, Sitemasher Corporation, and Safefreight Technology. Mr. Carsky holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, British Columbia and is a Chartered Accountant.
