I worked with corporate R&D and local engineering group process validation and product validation to launch a new needle to the market place. MULTIPASS product – needle retain 90% of the penetration value on its 30 passed as compared to its competition retaining its penetration value only to its 10th pass. I completed my certification on the Six Sigma process (generating the company $340,000/per year annual saving on the production of BV-130 needles). Increased product yields over 20%.
