With more than 8 years of experience in Credit Management and over 15 years of experience in European and Worldwide Vendor Leasing I have created a new business to fill a distinct niche in the equipment leasing and asset finance arena by offering Interim Management (project management, consultancy services, business review and advice, training and more) to mid-size and large companies who require the skills and services of an Interim Manager on an as needed basis.

Until 31st December I was the Global Accounts Sales Manager for CIT Europe running the DELL Financial Services Program across Continental Europe. Key was to plan, drive and develop the worldwide business for DELL key accounts headquartered in Continental Europe but to work in other areas like business and product development, marketing, operations, credit and others to develop and support the overall vendor relation with DELL.
Before of that I was International Vendor Manager of Deutsche Leasing Group in Europe. With assets of more than $10 billion, Deutsche Leasing provides loans, operating leases, financial programs and other services. Responsible for all activities in tool and plastic machinery I was working from the UK to Russia in 12 countries, most of it via local entities. Deutsche Leasing did to start vendor activities in China and the US during this time as well.
Previously, I was MD and European Sales Manager of Heller Financial Services, Inc. for the European business at German speaking countries, especially the subsidiaries in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. At this time I was responsible for the European Sales Management of all vendor activities with IBM, as well for the Heller re-organisation in sales, process and management at the countries mentioned before. Later on I took the challenge to integrate the organisation and its vendor programs into the GE Capital organisation, which acquired Heller Financial Services at $20 billion dollars, GE Capital's largest-ever acquisition.
Following to the start as a banker in credit, underwriting and administration I held various assignments at international leasing companies since 1990, covering different challenges like Sales (direct and vendor sales), Marketing, Project Management in IT and Processing . I joined DL in 2003 as International Vendor Manager creating vendor sales in Europe, a new strategic target for the European activities of Deutsche Leasing Group. I am a Senior Manager in European Vendor Leasing, working for Swedish, Dutch, German and US-companies before. Under my direction vendor activities in real estates, construction equipment, IT, transportation, plastic and tool machinery recorded consistent growth and profitable businesses. Successful growth strategies, Six-Sigma and e-Business are experiences I do use to deliver breakthrough productivity.
I am a member of the Institute for Leasing at the University of Cologne. From 1997 till 2000 I was studying at the “The Chartered Institute of Marketing”, Cookham, UK finally getting the examination “Graduate Diploma in Marketing (DipM MCIM)”. I received my B.A. degree in Finance from the Bank Academy in 1986.
