Mary Kay Conley has more than 15 years of experience in compensation and benefits positions in both manufacturing and service industries. Mary Kay has worked in management and individual contributor roles in the generalist, compensation, and benefits areas for Roche Diagnostics, Irwin Financial Corporation, Bank One, and Sony Corporation. She currently owns her own compensation and benefits consulting firm, Human Resource Results and is a partner in HR Essentials, a firm devoted to general human resources consulting. Mary Kay has developed and implemented base and variable compensation plans and designed and implemented welfare and retirement benefit programs. She has managed both compensation and benefit vendors and managed processes to select vendors. Mary Kay has also administered compensation and benefits plans and developed and facilitated compensation and benefits training for human resource professionals as well as others.Mary Kay holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Communication from Purdue University. She has earned the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and the Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designations from World at Work. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Human Resources Association of Central Indiana, and World at Work. She serves as the Marketing Chairperson for the HR Consultant’s Forum and as President of the Compensation and Benefits Professionals of Indiana.
