My original work experience was in mental health social work, both as a field social worker and training officer. After teacher training I lectured in psychology and early childhood development in an F:E: College where I was also student counsellor.

I have had over twenty years experience in counselling, training and supervision. I work using an integrated model informed by my core training in psychodynamic, personal construct, and person-centred approaches.
