Born in Brooklyn, NY. Moved to southern California as a toddler and then to Denver just before middle school. This bicoastal perspective provides an interesting spin on life and American culture. Wanted to be a writer when I was little; I've achieved that dream, only in a form a bit different than I'd expected. I love working with nonprofits and in consulting -- it's never boring, always challenging and often inspiring. My personal goal is very idealistic: to change the world one person -- or organization -- at a time. Only from micro change do we attain macro change. I love what I do and can hardly imagine doing anything else.
