Tiffany Padgett is a licensed broker and Realtor® proudly working with South Bay Brokers, Incorporated as a licensed broker. She is an alumna from California State University, Long Beach where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in management. Her past corporate experience in architecture and administration give her unique insight into the real estate industry. Tiffany holds the Graduate Realty Institute designation (GRI) and the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES). Community involvement is essential. She has been a Power 4 Youth (P4Y) volunteer and mentor since 1999, one small way of how she is giving back to the community she serves. P4Y provides academic mentoring to at-risk middle and high school-age students in the Long Beach area. Adult volunteers meet with students weekly at supervised locations, mentoring young people in academics, skill-building and self-development. Through the program, students are introduced to new opportunities and experiences with the goal of improved academic achievement. Tiffany previously sat on the Board of Directors for C.L.E.A.R, a non-profit organization designed to provide support to former inmates to help them transition into contributing society members.Her favorite hobbies include reading, traveling and tennis. As a Sacramento, California native, Tiffany travels home often to meet with clients and see her loved ones.
