Donald C. Kudler, Esq. is a partner in the law firm of Cap & Kudler in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Kudler had 11 years of practice at the time he and Mr. Cap formed their partnership. The two attorneys had worked together for several years as Associates at the Law Office of Albert D. Massi.
Mr. Kudler has been a licensed Atorney practicing in Las Vegas, Nevada since he was sworn in in November, 1993. He has primarily represented clients who were injured in accidents such a car accidents and slip and fall accidents. He has been litigating cases in the personal injury area since 1993. During his representation of several hundred injured persons, he has appeared on their behalf in many Arbitrations and Mediations. He has also taken over 50 cases to Trial on behalf of his clients.
As a partner in Cap & Kudler, Mr. Kudler is involved in litigating civil cases in areas of business law, contract law, and real estate law. His background in business and computers, as well as his background in law, give him the ability to understand difficult areas of law and communicate them to his clients, Arbitrators, Mediators, Judges and Jurors.
Donald Kudler also performs legal transactional legal work. This includes writing wills and trusts for clients, workng in the Probate Court (in contested and non-contested Probates), and writing contracts.
Mr. Kudler also offers his services to clients who have legal questions that might affect their lives. He cuts throught the legalese and interprets legal documents, such as employment contracts, rental agreements, business agreements and wills and trusts and in a way his clients understand.
