My name is Tony Agah, I hold a bachelors degrees in Electronics & Communication Engineering ,and an MBA from the University of Lagos.
I am a registered Engineer(Council of Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria-COREN).
I am married to Clara and blessed with two lovely kids - Sarah(age 6 Dec 14th '08) and Samuel(age 3 Dec 11th '08).

EXPERIENCES
An accomplished COREN Registered Engineer and Business Manager with 15 years post qualification experiences in target driven world-class companies pan Nigeria. I have been fortunate to receive extensive management and technical trainings both locally and overseas
I rose through the ranks from a Pupil Engineer (management trainee) in 1993 with the Federal Ministry of Works & Housing to Factory Manager and subsequently relieved the General Manager – Ice Cream category of UAC Foods, a division of Nigeria’s largest conglomerate - UACN group in April 2006. I later joined the management team of Guinness Nig Plc, Feb 1st 2007 and I am currently the Asset Care Manager with corporate business engineering responsibilities across all the three Breweries of Guinness Nigeria, and relationship with Guinness & Diageo international businesses across markets in Africa, and Europe.

MANAGEMENT SKILLS: I have extensive experience in Operations/ Manufacturing and People Management. I have managed several high value manufacturing plants, Factories, projects and strategic business units (SBU) for Nigeria’s leading conglomerates like UACN Plc (Foods & Printing/Packaging divisions respectively), Colodense Nig Plc with financial values and turnover in excess of N1.5 Billion or 12 Million USD.
I was a company champion in the deployment and implementation of the Balanced Score Card method of performance evaluations and business strategy.
I have been exposed to top management and strategy courses like Lagos Business School led Management development programme (MDP), Maintec International Seminars, Birmingham, UK, Iris Consulting led Capstone® Strategy Development & Simulation, Strategic Management and leadership courses like Ken Blanchard situational leadership® model among others

TECHNICAL SKILLS: I am skilled in SAP® business process management – a world class business model currently in use by the top fortune 100 companies, Total Productive maintenance (TPM), Reliability Based Maintenance (RBM), computer managed maintenance system (CMMS), Siemens Simatic programmable logics (PLCs), advance electronics troubleshooting skills backed by the use of modern software and hardware techniques I have also gained and deployed extensive expertise in Engineering and Production planning, scheduling, Process flow and optimization ,Quality assurance and audits, Supply chain management, Quantitative decision making, Health & Safety & environmental management

FINANCIAL & IT SKILLS: As Factory manager and acting General Manager in UACN Plc as well as Asset care manager with Guinness Plc in the course of my career I have championed Profit and loss (P&L) of my Business unit (BU), Balance sheet, Expense Control; Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), Operating Expense (OPEX): Annual estimates or Budgets preparations and implementations, Supply Chain Management: Intellectual property (IP), assets and facilities management, contract administrations, marketing and sales. I am extensively skilled in all Microsoft applications, from extensive usage of MS Excel, Power point, to MS word, MS Projects (extensive), Visio and a host of other data capturing software which I use daily to capture and report efficiencies and performance KPIs for all our breweries
