Actually Mr de Proft work as a lawyer, as an european tax expert at Planificaciones Mundiales, one of the strongests Cannary group of companies, which develops the widests Real Estate projects (construction, Hotels, commercial areas, public works, infraestructures, etc.), and is also involved with energy, aviation, professional trainning, IT projects, financial services, and other sectors) in Cape Verde, Morocco, Spain, Portugal, Panamá, Sweden, UK, etc.
Mr. de Proft worked as editor at Wolters Kluwer España, engaged in the development of the Portugal-based editorial group actions.
Mr. de Proft is working at the Fiscal and Environmental areas, since 2001, when he graduated from Law School. He provided a wide range of fiscal and environmental consulting services in Countries like Brazil, Portugal, Spain, with experience in due diligences, tax planning and foreign direct investment.
In the editorial area, Mr. de Proft contributed with articles for a wide range of newspapers, and with projects related to portuguese and european jurisprudence for one of the biggests european editorial groups, in the project related to the Wolters Kluwer Portugal-based affiliated.
As a reseacher he is engaged with Transfer Pricing, and recently submited his Master thesis studying the fiscal aspects of cost contribution agreements, at the Lisbon Faculty of Law. Actually, he is a Phd candidate at the Phd programm promoted by the Scuola di Alti Studi Triburi from the Bologne´s University, in connection with the Tilburg University, Castilla la Mancha University, Santiago, y Strasbourg univs., and organized by Prof. Dr. Adriano di Pietro.
Mr. de Proft is also partner of Century Business Consultants Ltd. located in São Paulo, Brazil, and affiliated to The Valuation Research Group, with strong experience in Tax consulting and business valuations.
