KAYODE BENTLEY, C.E.O. / PRESIDENT / FOUNDER Kayod'e is currently President/Founder of 4T's Productions and Sr. Software Administrator for Bloomberg LP. As President/Founder he focuses on creative new ways of producing thought provoking Knowledge Forums that encourage, enlighten and motivate youth to achieve. He uses this same energy toward inventing new ways of producing Fashion Events and Talent Exposures creating an environment that positively impacts the whole outlook of today fads. He uses this form of production to present youth with positive alternatives towards achieving success, putting to use the constructive skills they possess in singing, dancing, poetry, acting, business management and general organization.The extent of his experience continues to grow and expand which puts him at the top of his field and in position to share the wealth of his knowledge with the youth. He volunteers his time and energy at as many events in local communities and schools as possible, some of which include Harlem Live, NASP (National Association of Securities Specialist) parent of Non-Profit Organization FAST TRACK and The All Stars Project. He has modeled, coordinated and produced many successful fashion shows for organizations and has actively participated in various talent showcase events. He believes in leading by example and plays an active part in everything he does to gain a full understanding of what's involved to successfully reach set goals.
