Armed with a business degree in marketing and with experience in retail, financial and non-for-profit marketing, OJ brings a breadth of experience to her recruiting practice at IQ PARTNERS. Specializing in direct and interactive marketing recruitment at IQ PARTNERS, OJ has worked with a number of clients - both agency and client side. She recruits at the mid to senior management level and is consulted by her clients for her industry knowledge. She thrives on helping her clients grow their business by building their teams - hether dealing with a large, publically traded corporation or a small, privately owned company. OJ is on the Executive Committee of Branksome Hall’s Alumnae Association. She is also active with McGill’s Alumni Association and other industry associations.
