Biography:Rebecca is a self-proclaimed Renaissance girl, having many and varied interests across multiple disciplines.Her passion is education. After enjoying several years developing curriculum in several museums and planeteria, she decided to celebrate her inablity to find work in the museum field by experimenting with the fields of publishing and recruiting only to discover that she truly loves education matters.Currently, Rebecca teaches for Sylvan Learning Centers, where she was recently promoted to Lead Instructor. She teaches, provides support to fellow teachers, trains new teachers, and tests prospecive students. Rebecca was recently named Teacher of the Year 2006 for her center.In her free time, Rebecca enjoys doing many crafting things, including web design and jewelry making, both of which are intersecting in her new jewelry business that is in its infancy.
