Description

Northeast Foundation for Children, Inc. (NEFC) is a non-profit organization that is the sole source provider of the Responsive Classroom® approach. Located in Turners Falls, Massachusetts, NEFC was founded by four public school educators who had a vision of bringing together social and academic learning throughout the school day.

Since its inception in 1981, NEFC has been working with teachers and schools throughout the country and continues to develop resources, training, and materials to support successful and joyful learning communities.
