Pioneer Consultants Ltd. was founded and incorporated in 1977. Since then, it has grown and evolved to offer comprehensive services in building code, Certified Professional and fire protection engineering consulting. Building owners, government agencies, contractors, developers, and design professionals all utilize and benefit from the unparalleled services that Pioneer Consultants offers. We have successfully completed hundreds of projects in Canada and the United States, as well as overseas.

We are a small firm that is able to offer services typical of a larger office. Our small size offers ours clients the advantage of hands-on attention from all departments in the company. Our team consists of five engineers, three technicians, and three administrative staff. As a result of our extensive experience and hard work we have developed workflows that allow us to efficiently provide building code and fire protection consulting services.
