Since 1989, Perimeter Church has supported Peter Sautov and the Russian Center for Church Multiplication (RCCM). RCCM is a Russian led and staffed organization committed to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the people of Russia. Their mission is to facilitate the indigenous evangelization of Russia through the planting of multiplying churches. Peter and his leadership team develop church planters through mentoring relationships and training conferences. Partnering with other organizations RCCM provides expertise, training and materials in specific area such as worship, youth and children's ministry, summer camps for kids, discipleship, evangelism, biblical principles in business development and others.
