Flexsteel Industries, Inc. is a manufacturer, importer and marketer of residential, recreational vehicle and commercial upholstered and wooden furniture products. Product offerings include a variety of upholstered and wood furniture, such as sofas, loveseats, chairs, reclining and rocker-reclining chairs, swivel rockers, sofa beds, convertible bedding units, occasional tables, desks, dining tables and chairs and bedroom furniture. The Company distributes its products throughout the United States through the Company’s sales force and various independent representatives to furniture dealers, department stores, recreational vehicle manufacturers, catalogs and hospitality and healthcare facilities. The Company’s products are also sold to several national and regional chains, some of which sell on a private label basis.
