Mr. Decker's experience is supplemented on specific contracts by project teams comprised of earth scientists and civil engineers with complementary expertise. These project specialists provide expertise including surface water hydrology, engineering geology, modeling, data base management, geophysics, flow and contaminant transport, water and sewer designs, and computer applications to groundwater problems. Mr. Decker and the Principal Associates have a total of over 58 years professional experience on more than 600 projects in the U.S. and oversees. WestWater Associates, Inc. provides senior-level services at reasonable rates, as shown in Table 1, Schedule of Rates and Terms. WestWater's experience is concentrated in the water supply, contaminant investigation (assessment/mitigation) and related hydrogeology project areas. Consulting services on water supply projects have been provided to municipal, industrial, governmental, agricultural, recreational and commercial entities. These services have included reconnaissance evaluations, geophysics, exploratory drilling, permitting, well and wellfield design and construction, well testing and aquifer evaluations in a wide range of hydrogeologic environments. Other projects have required water rights evaluations, augmentation plan development and expert witness testimony. WestWater's service to the energy industry has included water supplies, dewatering, environmental monitoring, impact analyses, well and regional aquifer analyses and base metal mining evaluations. Tables 2 through 4 list representative projects completed by WestWater principals. WestWater's project teams are supported by the equipment needed to complete the project expeditiously. Field equipment includes mobile offices and four-wheel drive vehicles for access to remote locations. Computers are extensively used for data acquisition, data base management, graphics, and groundwater flow modeling. WestWater Associates, Inc. maintains a variety of data collection equipment suitable for single or multiple well tests. The principal office is located in Montrose, Colorado, with associates located in Durango, Colorado, as well as Rio Rancho, New Mexico. WestWater maintains subcontract working arrangements with several licensed, full service Civil Engineers throughout the region, as associate team participants.
