Our Chocolates Are All Natural - No artificial flavors, fillers, colors or preservatives are ever added to our chocolates, and the fillings are made in small batches by hand. The chocolate coverture contains 100% cocoa butter. Believe us, you can tell the difference - there is no chemical or pasty aftertaste.

We Only Use the Finest Quality Fresh Ingredients - No hydrogenated vegetable oils are used to replace the more expensive cocoa butter in our selections. (The Vegan Selection is not made with any animal products).

Expensive Flavorings - Even chemical flavor aromas can be designated natural flavors if the chemicals can be found in nature. Rose City uses flavorings made from nature itself - orange flavor from concentrated orange, nut flavors from nuts and liquer flavors from the original name brands.
