Description
The Merced Lao Family Community, Inc. is a non-profit, community based organization, established in 1983, for the purpose of assisting Southeast Asians to acculturate into the mainstream of Western society. Our organization's primary focus is to determine and to service the special needs of the local Southeast Asian community, so as to lead the populace into becoming well-informed, productive, and contributing members of the community at large.

Our Executive Director, Houa Vang, has led this organization for over thirteen years of prosperous administration and successful projects benefiting the community members of Merced County. Our organization currently administers 14 projects and has 22 staff members throughout Merced County.
