As of December 31, 2007, the Company’s cable systems served approximately 24.1 million video subscribers, 13.2 million Internet subscribers and 4.6 million phone subscribers and passed approximately 48.5 million homes in 39 states and the District of Columbia. It operates in two segments: Cable and Programming. The Cable segment, which generates approximately 95% of its consolidated revenues, manages and operates cable systems, including video, Internet and phone services (cable services), as well as the Company’s regional sports and news networks. The Programming segment consists of the Company’s consolidated national programming networks, which include E!, The Golf Channel, VERSUS (formerly OLN), G4 and Style.
