Forest Lake Academy operates two separate Student Employment programs:


During the summer from June 16 to August 15
During the school year from August 16 to June 15


Students must be accepted for the upcoming school year prior to job placement in either program, and a financial agreement between the family and the school must be in place as well.

Because limited dollars through student employment funding are available as a resource to assist students with tuition expenses, FLA will prioritize applications for positions available through our Student Employment Department. Since FLA funds the on-campus jobs, a family's financial need must be established through the Grant and Aid Assessment before your student can be employed.

Employment assignments are based on the following items:


student's financial needs
student's age
student's specialized skills
critical needs of the school or off-campus employers
