NHS OC has served Orange County for nearly 30 years. Focusing on low and moderate income neighborhoods, NHS OC strives to renew pride, restore confidence, promote reinvestment and revitalize communities. This is done through promoting home ownership, providing home purchase loans, constructing and rehabilitating single and multi-family homes, and encouraging the development of resident community leaders.

NHS OC is a Chartered Member of NeighborWorks® Network sponsored by NeighborWorks® America.

NHS OC is also an affiliate of the National Council of La Raza (NCLR) and a member of the national Enterprise network and is certified by the U.S. Treasury Department as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI).
