The Insurance Companies consist of Navigators Insurance Company, which includes a United Kingdom Branch and Navigators Specialty Insurance Company, which underwrites specialty and professional liability insurance on an excess and surplus lines basis fully reinsured by Navigators Insurance Company. The Company’s Lloyd’s Operations include Navigators Underwriting Agency Ltd. and Lloyd’s of London underwriting agency.
