Drop-in Networking provides end-to-end wireless access to electronic devices in places where wires will not work or cannot be used. In April 2008, the Company announced the acquisition of Sarian Systems, Limited. In July 2008, the Company announced the acquisition of Spectrum Design Solutions Inc.
