SYNNEX Corporation (SYNNEX) is a global information technology (IT) supply chain services company. The Company provides services in IT distribution, supply chain management, contract assembly and business process outsourcing (BPO). The BPO services solutions include demand generation, pre-sales support, product marketing, print and fulfillment, back office outsourcing and post-sales technical support. It offers a range of services to IT original equipment manufacturers and software publishers (OEMs), and reseller customers worldwide. The Company distributes approximately 15,000 technology products in more than 20 distribution facilities throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. Approximately 97% of the Company's total revenue was from North America for the fiscal 2007. The Company’s customers include Apptis, CDW, Sun Microsystems and Insight Enterprises, Inc. In April 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of substantially all the assets of New Age Electronics, Inc.
