Peabody Properties is a privately-held corporation owned by Edward A. fish, incorporated in January, 1976. At it's inception, Peabody Properties was directed by three employees and managed 134 units of housing. Currently, Peabody Properties manages approximately 8,000 units of residential housing, commercial and industrial property, and our work force consists of 250 employees. Our portfolio includes: Historical restoration, luxury developments, new construction, condominium management, State and Federal assisted multi-family housing complexes and public housing authority developments.

Peabody Properties is recognized as an Accredited Management Organization by the Institute of Real Estate Management and ranked by the Greater Boston Real Estate Journals as the fifth largest property management firm in New England. Our full-service management firm specializes in development, construction, property management, marketing, maintenance, resident services, grant proposal writing and consultation.
