Description
The Newcomers and Natives (NAN) Club was started in January 2001 to provide a social network for new and long-time residents of Marblehead and Swampscott.
NAN's founders were motivated by their desire to build a sense of community, to share information and resources, and to find a way to welcome and connect with newcomers and natives alike.
Their goals have been realized with astounding success.
NAN members and friends get together to have a good ole game of Kick Ball in the Park.
We offer a quarterly newsletter, numerous events, and a variety of special interest groups that enable our members to find others with similar interests. Members also have the opportunity to give back to the community through our outreach efforts. In addition to all these social opportunities is the business benefits offered since our recent joining in the Marblehead Chamber of Commerce.
For those new to NAN, we welcome you and hope you will join us by completing our online application form. Current NAN members, please remember that our fiscal year ends August 31, and your renewal can easily be submitted online.
