Nassau Broadcasting Partners, L.P. is a privately held radio broadcasting company that was founded in 1986 by our Chairman, Louis F. Mercatanti, that is focused on building contiguous clusters of local radio stations in demographically attractive suburban areas in the northeastern United States. We currently operate stations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts and Maryland and our signals currently cover approximately 8.1 million people. As of December 31, 2005, we owned and/or operated 56 radio stations, 40 FM and 16 AM stations in 13 Arbitron rated markets.
