Description
At OH Logistics, we value all of our associates. Their focus on our clients drives our success. Below are biographies of some of our executive management team.

Scott McWilliams, Chief Executive Officer. Scott has served as CEO of OH Logistics since May 2001. He served as President and COO from 1996-2001 after six years in various operations positions within the company. Prior to joining OH Logistics, Scott worked for the Kroger Company and Super X Food and Drug. Scott is an active member of CSCMP and serves on the Board of Directors for WERC, QPSI, Franklin Financial Network and OH Logistics. He also serves on the editorial advisory board of DC Velocity magazine and is Past President of the Southeastern Warehouse Association. Scott is a Board member of The United Way of Middle Tennessee, has served on the Boards of Second Harvest Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity and as a Deacon at First Presbyterian Church. He has a B.S. in Logistics from the University of Tennessee.

Bert Irigoyen, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Bert has over 20 years of experience in senior financial management, real estate development, and has served as a consultant for companies in the United States and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining OH Logistics, Bert served as EVP and CFO for Global Knowledge Networks. Bert has experience in many industries including grocery retailing, home centers, auto parts retailing, specialty manufacturing, land development and private banking. In his spare time he enjoys cycling, playing basketball and cooking for his family. Bert received a B.A. in Finance from Florida International University and holds a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) certification.

Frank Eichler, Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Frank is responsible for contract administration, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and provides analysis and counsel to the company on legal and policy issues. He is also involved in OH Logistics' acquisition activities. Prior to joining OH Logistics, Frank served as senior vice president and general counsel for Dex Media, Inc. in Englewood, Colorado where he was instrumental in taking the company public in July 2004 and selling the company to R.H. Donnelley in 2006. He also served as head of corporate development for Teletech and as general counsel for Media One Group in Englewood, Colorado. He directed these companies through multi-billion dollar acquisitions, mergers and divestitures. Frank and his wife reside in Shelbyville, Tennessee where they raise and show Tennessee Walking Horses. He earned his bachelor's, master's and JD degrees from the University of South Dakota.

Catherine Cooper, Chief Information Officer. Catherine, who brings over 18 years industry experience to OH Logistics, oversees the company's IT initiatives. Catherine previously held the position of President of World Connections, a company dedicated to connecting people, systems, and supply chains in meaningful ways. Catherine's articles on project management, data profiling, and system implementations have been published in several industry journals and she is active in many industry organizations including WERC, CSCMP and eyefortransport. She serves on WERC's board of directors and is the chair for the 2008 annual conference. Catherine is the former CEO of The Progress Group, an Atlanta based consultancy, and past president of Q4 Logistics out of Los Angeles. She has a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Bob Spieth, President, Contract Logistics. Bob joined the OH Logistics team in 1999 and has served in various key management positions including CIO and Executive Vice President of Operations. Bob oversees the contract logistics business unit, which includes all value added distribution center operations for OH Logistics. In addition, he is responsible for two subsidiaries of the company - Material Handling Resources and Personnel Services, Inc. Prior to joining OH Logistics, Bob worked in strategy and operations consulting with McKinsey & Company, and in logistics and computer assembly with Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 250 electronics distributor. Bob has over 16 years experience in the logistics industry. He holds an undergraduate degree in Physics from Princeton University and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

Denis Reilly, President, Transportation. Denis provides strategic direction for OH Logistics' growing transportation service offering and oversees the company's domestic transportation services and global freight forwarding operations. Prior to joining OH Logistics, Denis was Senior Vice President, North America Logistics Operations for Meridian IQ. Before that, he served as Chief Operating Officer for USF Logistics. He joined USF Logistics in 2002 as President and Chief Executive Officer of its reverse logistics subsidiary, USF Processors. Denis started his career in logistics at Frito Lay in 1983 and has held executive-level positions for supply chain operations at Accordus, Menlo Logistics and CHEP. He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). Denis received a B.S. in Logistics and an M.B.A. in Logistics and Marketing from the University of Tennessee.

Michael ("Mick") Fountain, President and CEO, Barthco International. Mick is a 36-year veteran of the global logistics industry, starting his career with Lep Air Services in the UK and moving to Jardine Air Cargo. Following the purchase of Jardine Air Cargo by MSAS, he assumed various management positions including President of US Operations, CEO Americas and CEO Americas/Pacific. When MSAS merged with Exel, Mick served as CEO Global Freight Management and Technology for the combined operations. Soon after this he was appointed as an Executive to Exel PLC's Board and served in this capacity until the company was acquired by Deutsche Post. Mick is the Chairman of Cargo 2000 and a director of CNS, which is the North American Governance Group for the International Air Transport Association (IATA). He and his wife are strong supporters of the Down Syndrome League.

Mike Burns, Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing. Mike is responsible for expanding the company's international service offering and developing global solutions for clients. Prior to joining the OH Logistics team, Mike held various positions in consulting, third party logistics and the high tech industry. Most recently Mike was the SVP of Global Development Group for DHL which provided integrated freight management and contract logistics solutions for DHL's worldwide customers. Prior to that, Mike was the SVP of Strategy and Development for the Americas and SVP Global Development for the Technology and Global Freight group for Exel. Mike is actively involved in CSCMP and in the Parent Organizations at his children's schools. He has an M.B.A. with a concentration in Operations and Logistics Management from the Ohio State University and a B.S. in Marketing from Miami University.

Charlie Pinto, Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Charlie leads the corporate HR function and is responsible for managing legal issues, government compliance, staffing, compensation, benefits and employee relations for OH Logistics' 5,000 employees. Prior to joining OH Logistics, Charlie was SVP, Human Resources for INFONXX, a large privately-held telecommunications outsourcer for information services. Before that, he held SVP and VP positions with companies including Caesars Entertainment, PPL Corporation, American Express, Sprint, Sprint International and Avon Products, Inc. Charlie is active in professional and community organizations including membership in the American Management Association and the Society for Human Resources Management. He is on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Allentown and the Lehigh Valley Senior Center. Charlie has a B.S. in business administration/finance from the University of Delaware and is a candidate for a master's degree.

John J. Hafferty, Jr., CFO of Ozburn-Hessey Logistics' International Services group. John oversees the financial strategy of the supply chain management company's international services division. Prior to joining OH Logistics, John was senior vice president of corporate strategy and development for Schenker Americas. He was instrumental in Schenker's successful acquisition and integration of BAX Global Services. John also served in various senior-level positions at UPS, where he worked for 12 years. John enjoys coaching youth sports and works on community projects for various non-profit agencies. He has a B.S. in business administration from Kansas State University and is a CPA.

John Peddie, Senior Vice President Warehouse Operations. John joined the OH Logistics team in 2002 with the company's acquisition of ODC Integrated Logistics. Prior to the acquisition, John served as Senior Vice President of Operations for ODC. He has more than 30 years experience in the industry. John spent 15 years at DSC Logistics where he served as Vice President of Operations. Prior to that, John was with Allis Chalmers where he served in various capacities including Manager of Manufacturing, Distribution Center Manager and Manager of Production Control. John served in the U.S. Marine Corps and has a B.S. in Business from Elmhurst College.

Fred Loeffel, Senior Vice President Global Account Management. Fred joined OH Logistics in 1995 and is responsible for new business opportunities and customer relationship management for the company. Prior to OH Logistics, Fred was the Vice President of Sales and Operations for Southern Warehouses, Inc. in Memphis, Tennessee. He has 20 years of experience in the logistics industry. Fred is active in CSCMP, WERC and served as an instructor at the International Warehouse and Logistics Association Marketing Sales Course. Fred serves on the logistics steering committee for the Consumer Healthcare Products Association CHPA. He has a B.B.A. in Marketing and Transportation from the University of Memphis.
