Injazat Capital focuses on providing Private Equity Fund Management Services to our investors through a regulated fund structure. Our funds are regulated under the Bahrain Monetary Authority (BMA), Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), or other recognized regulatory environments.

In our capacity as a Private Equity Fund Manager, we at Injazat Capital direct the management of separately incorporated and regulated Funds. Our primary objective is to invest in non-listed companies over a period of 2 to 7 years. After investing, we provide strategic, financial and other value-creating improvements in the portfolio companies. After the appropriate gestation period, we exit investments through possible stock market listings, sale to strategic buyers or sale to financial buyers including other investment funds.
