October 2007 - CoxHealth partners with EFCO Corporation in Monett to provide an onsite health clinic for EFCO's 1,600 employees and their families, providing them with primary medical care with reduced co-pays and expedited scheduling.

October 2007- CoxHealth Network expands agreement with Coventry Health Care to provide more than 23,000 people access to the network's services.

October 2007- A new electronic prescription system called ePrescribing is launched at CoxHealth allowing physicians to securely submit prescriptions electronically to retail and mail order pharmacies nationwide.
