Description

Mobotix AG is a German provider of Internet protocol (IP) video solutions. The Company develops and produces waterproof Web cameras with digital image sensors, integrated personal computers (PCs) and network connection. Its cameras are suitable for large facilities, such as airports, as well as small business premises. They are equipped with storage, alarm and telephony functions and capable of operating in temperatures ranging from minus 30 to plus 60 Celsius degrees. The Company’s product portfolio includes network cameras for day and night use, high-resolution dome cameras, as well as video management software, accessories and various lens options. Mobotix AG has installed approximately 100,000 cameras worldwide. It has branch offices in New York, the United States and in Baech, Switzerland. As of June 30, 2008, the Company had two subsidiaries: MOBOTIX CORP in the United States and MOBOTIX Ltd. in the United Kingdom. It also held a 50% stake in Mobotix AG in Switzerland.
