Zones, Inc., is a single-source direct marketing reseller of name-brand information technology (IT) products to the small-to-medium-sized business market (SMB), enterprise accounts and public sector accounts. Zones sells products through outbound and inbound account executives, catalogs and the Internet. Zones offers more than 150,000 products from manufacturers, including Adobe, Apple, Avaya, Cisco, HP, IBM, Kingston, Lenovo, Microsoft, NEC, Nortel Networks, Sony, Symantec and Toshiba. The Company is a direct marketing reseller of technology hardware, software and services. The Company procures and fulfills IT solutions for the SMB market (between 50 and 1000 computer users), enterprise customers (greater than 1000 computer users) and the public sector (education and state and local governments). Relationships with SMB, enterprise customers, and public sector institutions represented 99.2% of total net sales during the year ended December 31, 2007.
