Midlands Choice is implementing a new change in its claim repricing process in order to continue improving the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of our services.

Effective October 2005 (or as soon as possible thereafter), we ask that you begin using your Midlands Choice rendering provider ID number when submitting claims.

We recently sent letters to each individual provider notifying you of your unique Midlands Choice provider ID number. Billing offices also received a letter with an attached list of ID numbers for those providers whom they offer billing services.
