Innovative Card Technologies, Inc. (InCard) develops and markets secure powered cards for payment, identification, physical and logical access applications. The Company’s main product, the ICT DisplayCard, integrates the security of a one-time password token directly into a card the size of a standard credit or debit card. A token is a portable physical device, typically in a key-fob form factor, that generates the one-time password (also referred to as a one-time passcode). At the push of a button on the back of the ICT DisplayCard, a one-time passcode (OTP) is shown on the card’s integrated display. During a transaction, this number is entered into a user interface with other information (such as the user’s static PIN and login name). This information is relayed to a backend system for multi-factor authentication.
