Securitas AB is a Sweden-based provider of security solutions. The Company is operational within four main business divisions: Security Services North America that offers guarding services in the United States, Canada and Mexico; Security Services Europe, which offers guarding services for large and medium-sized customers in 20 countries and airport security services in nine countries through the Aviation business unit; Mobile and Monitoring, which offers mobile services for small and medium-sized companies, such as beat patrol and call-out services in 11 countries in Europe, as well as electronic alarm surveillance to homes and businesses under the Alert Services brand, which operates control rooms in eight countries in Europe and offers integrated global positioning system (GPS) service, as well as track and trace service, and Loomis division, which offers a range of integrated cash handling solutions in the United States and Western Europe.
