CSAC has a long history of helping our members accomplish their missions. We now proudly offer our latest program to make human resource (HR) advice and services easily accessible to each county.

Our intent in forming CSAC HR Advisory Services was to initiate a way for counties to acquire essential services efficiently without significant cost. We are particularly pleased with the quality of the public/private partnership of Shannon Associates and CPS, selected through a competitive RFP process. Shannon Associates is well-known to many of you for its exceptional search services and long history of working with counties to make their management structures more efficient. CPS is already a presence in all our counties through its administration of the Merit Systems Services programs, and its ongoing consulting role with our county human resources departments.

We at CSAC believe that partnerships with other entities benefit our members, and we are excited about the creation of this HR alliance through the RFP process. We know you will experience the excellent service you have come to expect from your association, and we welcome further opportunities to help you satisfy your business demands.
