Aim Fitness offers the Bay Area the only 2 person Altitude training chamber. This training allows the athlete to train at 14% oxygen with no pressure changes. You can use the treadmill, rollers, computrainer, Daum Ergometer, or just sit in the chamber and work on your laptop.

Rachel Rodriguez is the owner and operator of Aim Fitness. She has an extensive amount of experience in health, wellness, coaching and training. She is passionate, driven and dedicated to the success of her athletes, clients and friends.
