Stenographic Resources was established to provide the highest quality court reporting services to the legal community.

As owner and founder of Stenographic Resources, Heather S. Cruz is responsible for the company's day-to-day operations while ensuring the utmost in client satisfaction.

After earning a degree in Court and Conference Reporting from Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont, Heather has gained over 10 years experience working as a freelance court reporter for some of the Boston area's leading agencies.

Heather also is a Certified Shorthand Reporter and Notary Public in and for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and has achieved the distinguished status of Registered Professional Reporter by the National Court Reporters Association.

In addition, Heather currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Court Reporters Association and is an active member of the National Court Reporters Association.
