The River Valley Club offers Senior memberships and classes specifically designed for seniors. The Club offers numerous Senior classes each week and these are free to members.

Additionally, for people looking for more individualized attention, several members of RVC's staff of personal trainers have extensive experience and formal training and certification in working with seniors at all levels of fitness.

"We have had great success and a lot of fun in our Senior programs," says Cindy Griffin, RVC's Assistant Fitness Director and Senior Fitness Instructor.
